My husband and I booked a 13-day tour of Peru with Kouda travels to celebrate our 25th anniversary. Right from the start, Molly, our agent, was very prompt in providing us all the information we needed to make decisions in a very timely manner. We are very impressed by the quality of service provided by them.

The staff was always accessible. Although our bags did not arrive with us to Lima (issues with United airlines), Kouda staff took full control of delivering our bags to our jungle lodge by next evening. From providing us with guides (Alfredo, Luis, Manuel & Vanessa) who were very knowledgeable, passionate, funny and patient to surprising us at every hotel we stayed with extraordinary gestures, they made sure to incorporate our interests and preferences into our journey. It was such a memorable way to celebrate our 25th anniversary!
