Visit the historical and political center of the city around Plaza de Mayo and the presidential house. Stroll through San Telmo, the oldest residential neighborhood in the city. As the city starts to come to life, step into La Boca where the streets transform into colorful alleys and tango is the language of locals.

After a short rest at the hotel, we’ll escort you to the most exciting evening imaginable. Tonight you will enjoy a three-hour-long professional display of tango and music with a group of local artists onstage immersed in an elegant performance venue At the end of the evening, around midnight, you will be driven back to your hotel and dream about the inspiring bohemian streets of the capital city.

Flight to Puerto Iguazú | Visit the Brazillian Side of the Falls

This morning, we’ll help you catch a short flight to Puerto Iguazú for your next adventure. The small town of Puerto Iguazú is the gateway to the impressive Iguazú Falls, one of the Seven Natural Wonders and a UNESCO World Heritage site. It is a miraculous, must-see destination for any traveler visiting Argentina.

Once you land, enjoy a peaceful half-day excursion to the Brazillian side of Iguazú. While Argentina has 80% of the falls on its side, Brazil has the best panoramic view. On the Argentinian side, you will have the sensation of being right inside the falls, but only by visiting the Brazilian side will you be able to fully grasp the immensity of Iguazú Falls.

Exploring the Argentine Side of Iguazú

In the morning, we’ll pick you up at your hotel to take you to the Iguazú National Park. This is where you will be able to encounter the falls up close on Argentina’s side of the park. The falls are surrounded by a humid subtropical forest where the exuberant vegetation is home to many different animals and birds.

An expert guide will help you spot some of these creatures: antbirds, toucans, manakins, parrots, and coatis just to name a few of the most common birds. Lower and upper walkways weave in and around falls, providing you full access to this magnificent spectacle of nature. You will have the chance to see “The Devil’s Throat,” which is the largest of the falls and the most captivating.

Flight to Mendoza

Today, we’ll escort you to the airport and help you make the short flight from Iguazú to Mendoza. Once you land, we’ll escort you to your hotel for a relaxing evening before you spend the next few days drinking delicious local varieties of Argentine wine.

Enjoying the Wineries of Mendoza

In the morning you will be picked up from your hotel for a half-day tour of Mendoza Wine Country. Visit two of the best wineries in the area and learn about their philosophy on the wine-making process. Best of all, you will have the chance to taste some delicious locally-produced Cabernet and Malbec.

Take in the nearby mountains

After breakfast, embark on a day trip to the Andes Mountains, where you will uncover the most impressive panoramic views of Mount Aconcagua, the highest peak in the Americas.

Your journey starts along the Mendoza River, with beautiful views on all sides of the majestic mountain range, the Cordon del Plata, as well as the Potrerillos Dam, a colossal work for hydraulic power generation, and the beautiful valley of Cacheuta. In the summer, you can make a nice hike to Quebrada del Durazno at the base of Aconcagua and pass through the Horcones Lagoon.

Flight to Bariloche

This morning, you will be picked up at your hotel and driven to the airport for your flight to Bariloche. If the sky is clear, you will get to see the contrast of blue Nahuel Huapi Lake, the white peaks of the Andes, and the green of the forest as you land.

Spend some time exploring the Swiss-inspired town plaza. Be sure to try some of the delicious locally made chocolates, and walk by the lake to appreciate the natural beauty of this region.

Exploring the Lake District of Argentina

Today you will see all the highlights of the Lake District.

See some of the most iconic, post-card-worthy landscapes of San Carlos de Bariloche. Each of the important viewpoints throughout the tour will be contextualized as the guide explains how this little mountain village evolved to become one of the most attractive touristic cities in Patagonia.

Exploring the Lake District of Argentina

Set sail from Pañuelo Port on the Llao Llao peninsula and cruise until you arrive at Centinela Island, the resting place of Perito Francisco Pascasio Moreno, father of National Parks in Argentina.

Here, you will visit Cántaros Waterfall and take a walk through the lush vegetation of the Valdivian rainforest, arriving at Cántaros Lake where a 1,500-year-old larch tree still stands, offering its silent and steady energy to travelers willing to receive it.

Then, you’ll be introduced to Puerto Blest, a place that has amazed travelers from all over the world as the waters split colors and the scene inspires awe.

Here, you can also tour the bay and shores of Lago Frías and its peculiar green waters, which originate at one of the glaciers on Cerro Tronador, the natural border between Argentina and Chile.

Flight to Buenos Aires

This morning, we’ll help you catch the short flight to Buenos Aires where we’ll be waiting to take you to your hotel. Upon arrival, you can explore the cobblestone streets of Palermo Soho in search of some Porteño fashion boutiques or discover the incredible street art in the area. If you’re leaving on a Saturday or Sunday, you may have the chance to visit one of the city markets, which are only open on weekends.

Return Home

Going home is the worst part of any luxury tour of Argentina, but at Kuoda, we’ll do our best to make it as smooth and hassle-free as possible. Your host will meet you at the hostel and transport you to the airport for a relaxing start to your journey home. Buen Viaje!
