We so appreciated all the support from your team.  We never felt any concern about the logistics of our trip while in Peru — all the team made us feel well cared for!

Regarding our time in the Amazon, we loved our guide, Victor.  He was SO great with our kids, particularly my 11year old who adores animals/insects/snakes.  He went out of his way to provide ample opportunities to view wildlife.

The lodge was fantastic when it came to my childrens’ allergies.  They accommodated over and above which greatly reassured us.

We also loved our guide, Santiago, for the second half of our trip.  He was also very knowledgeable and also great with our kids.  The sites we visited were amazing and we learned lots.  I did notice the effects of altitude on our climbs at Pisac/Ollantaytambo and was quite winded but it had improved a lot by the following day.

We also loved our guide, Frank, for rafting.  He was so friendly and informative.  We really liked that rafting company as it seemed very reputable and provided all the equipment to keep us warm and safe (we felt a good emphasis on safety).  This was the highlight for my eldest son (so each kid had a different favourite part!).

Tambo del Inka really is a spectacular hotel and we did manage to get in a swim in the beautiful pool.

All the domestic flights and trains had no issues.  All our drivers were exceptional.
