We have enjoyed our trip to Peru a lot and are still always thinking about it! We are now looking at the millions of photos we took during the trip and are compiling a photo album to remember this experience and to share with our friends and family – we have been saying only good things about Kuoda and recommending you to our friends! Many thanks also for the recipes. I made the Ceviche by following your recipe, and with quinoa we brought back from Peru, I also made the Peruvian chicken soup! See the photos attached. To our surprise, we also found the yellow passion fruit we first tried on the Machu Picchu train in our local food market – although it was imported from Ecuador instead of Peru.
