Thank you for your email. We had a wonderful trip and cannot praise Kuoda and its people enough! I have waited to respond to you email because Louise and I wanted to gather our thoughts and comments beforehand.

First off, it was a stress-free vacation. The arrangements were super well-organized and we always felt that we were in capable hands. The drivers and guides always arrived before the scheduled time and the office followed up when necessary (Jason called to make sure we had got off at the right train station on our return from Macchu Picchu). The cars were immaculate and the drivers were professional and drove cautiously. They were also spotless.

Every guide was superb. Personable, extremely knowledgeable and pleasant in every way. They made us feel like personal guests of theirs and were outstanding ambassadors for your company.

It was also terrific that Mery came by our hotel in Cusco and had breakfast with us. Both Louise and I were struck by how lovely she is and how her vision for her company is reflected in the overall excellence of our experiences.

The itinerary that you created for us was spectacular – people have asked us what we considered to be the highlights of our trip and we tell them it is an impossible question to answer – everything was special in its own way. The hotels that you chose were over the top! It would be difficult to say which hotel was our favorite because they all had their attractions. The rooms were great as well.
