My family had a wonderful trip to Peru thanks to Kuoda. Our guides were uniformly wonderful, with a special thanks to Jeremy, who was enthusiastic, full of knowledge, and wonderful with our kids. Kuoda especially shines in Cusco and the Sacred Valley. This is where they are based and it shows–we enjoyed a special surprise farmhouse lunch tremendously and meeting Mery even more.

I am giving Kuoda four stars because we did experience a few problems during the planning stages. A few times we experienced significant delays in getting responses to our e-mails. Also, the location of my daughter’s birthday dinner celebration (a main reason for our overnight stay in Lima and something we had requested multiple times, well in advance) was changed without us being notified.

Upon discussing this with Mery I feel very confident that this was not in keeping with Kuoda’s very high standards and that these problems will not creep up in the future. I would not hesitate to book with Kuoda again!
