Overall we really enjoyed the trip & we think you did a great job planning it.  Let me think about the details & get back to you.  I do want you to know that we really enjoyed our guide in Cusco & Machu Picchu; his name was Jimmie.  He was great and very patient regarding Isabella who was somewhat of a challenge.  We also really enjoyed our driver Juan.  Also Ruben in Lake Titicaca was great and Vanessa in Lima as well.  I will get back to you in the next few days with further comments.
