From Salta, you can visit Cerro de los Siete Colores in Purmamarca. It features incredible sunsets over a mountain of rainbow colors. For something a little more glamourous, head to Cafayate. This is another, lesser-known wine region in Argentina, but its quite famous for its Torrontes varieties.
