We had a wonderful trip to Peru with Kuoda organizing all the details for us. From the beginning planning to the actual travel logistics, we couldn’t be happier with the service. We had Celine as our trip designer. She is great to work with, always very responsive and always has the welfare of our family in mind (we were traveling with 3 generations: kids (age 11 and 9), parents, and grandparents). When the initial quote was out of our budget, she suggested very practical ways to help lower the price. She listened to my requests and designed an itinerary that worked perfect for us. There was enough communication and travel details before our departure and Celine is always available to answer questions. Normally I organize and plan everything myself, but with Kuoda I felt comfortable knowing that everything is taken care of.

When we arrived, we were greeted by different host in each city we stayed. All of them were very nice, friendly, and resourceful. We had Boris as our guide for the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu and he was the best! Not only was he knowledgeable and passionate about showing us the culture, he was very good with the kids and really care about our family. And he didn’t mind our various requests to bathrooms during the day 🙂 We felt like we gained a life long friend in Peru.

Another detail that impressed me was our transportation. After the first day in Pisac, we got dirt and dust in our bus. But I was pleasantly surprised to see the bus all cleaned and washed the next morning! Also we were given bottled water during our stay. The day we left Cusco, the owner Mery personally came to greet us and asked about our stay. It is all the details and personal touches that set Kuoda apart, and I highly, highly recommend them for your travel to Peru!
