It was a wonderful trip and thanks to you and the rest of the team for making it so memorable for us.  It was truly a lifetime experience and the accommodations, service, and guides throughout Cusco, Machu Picchu, and the Sacred Valley were phenomenal.

If I can offer one suggestion, it is that the Lima part of the trip was not up to the same standards as the rest of the trip.  The hotel was not great, and was a big let-down after the great accommodations up until that point.  The guides and service were good, but not up the level of Wilson or Laura, both of whom were fantastic.  The whole trip was wonderful, so please don’t take these comments as a complaint, but rather as feedback that I hope will be helpful for you in the future.
