We used Kuoda, out of Cusco, and they were great to work with. Our sales agent, Molly, was flexible and helpful. In addition to our guide, we were assigned a point of contact. He also proved helpful. We loved our guide, Santiago, who carried our things and took care of us every step of the way. He was always on top of things for us and his presence didn’t require us to think for ourselves in any way. As he got to know us, he adjusted restaurants, things to do, etc.

We were met at the Lima airport, upon arrival, or bags whisked away, and walked over to our hotel. The next morning, we were met in our lobby, arrangements were made for the storage of our large bags and walked over to the terminal and the process for checking in for our domestic flight. We were walked right to security.

Kuoda sent someone in to meet us at baggage claim in Cusco and our guide and driver met us outside. We had the same guide and driver throughout our stay Cusco to Cusco.
