Thank you for organizing such a great trip.  We both really enjoyed our visit to Ecuador and the Galapagos islands.  Both our guides in Quito were excellent.  They were there to pick us up late at night and early in the morning.  They did a nice job showing us the city despite the lockdown.   The Illa Experience hotel was a very nice boutique hotel in the center of the old town.  We would recommend it in the future.  The Alya catamaran was very nice.  The crew did an excellent job.  We were fortunate that our guide/naturalist- Carlos was very helpful and knowledgeable.  I would make sure your clients know that there is no Wi-Fi on the boat.  It was not that important to us, but some people may be uncomfortable with being cut off from the internet for five days.  Duncan did a great job taking care of us on Santa Cruz island.  We also were very impressed with Scuba Iguana.  They were very professional and picked out some great dive sites for us.  The Finch Bay was also a very nice hotel, and we would certainly recommend it to other travelers.  The hotel at the airport was also nice and more comfortable for an early morning departure.  Thank you again for everything.
