Thank you for taking such good care of us, it was such a pleasure to be treated like we were special. It has been a long time since I have felt like that. I still marvel at the way every detail was thought of and handled.

I am now sitting in Palm Springs, California relaxing for a month in the sun. I remember you said you would send me your special ceviche recipe, so I will look forward to that since I am a fisherman and have lots of fish to experiment with.
