Jesus Ramos was fantastic as our trip planner representing Kuoda Travel. I appreciate how he was quick to return any email,had suggestions and answers to all my many questions and how he was able to plan a beautiful vacation for our family with members from ages 21-88 years old. An impossible task? Not for Jesus.
Percy, our guide, was exceptional. We celebrated my daughter in law’s birthday while in Peru and Percy arranged for the staff at our hotel to bring her a cake, sing Happy Birthday and Kuoda Travel gave her a beautiful bouquet of chocolate roses..what a fun and pleasant surprise!!
Unexpected events happen, but it’s how they are dealt with that makes a travel experience delightful or a nightmare. While trying to get to Machu Picchu, the country had a strike that made travel difficult in that area. Kuoda Travel and Percy arranged a seamless alternative and we were able to enjoy Machu Picchu with no problem.
Our driver Edwin was beyond amazing. I am still in awe of his driving abilities. We always felt 100% safe with him.
Liseth, our transfer guide ,was also delightful,informative and a real joy to be around as was Harry.
It was fun to be able to meet Mery on our last day as she came to check on how things went with our stay.
