I was anxious about how Covid might have affected the travel industry and would it be the same as when we initially started booking our trip.  Upon arrival and meeting Renalto, I realized that I had nothing to worry about.  I can not say enough good things about your Kuoda guides, drivers and travel planners (Theresa)!  We were impressed with how helpful Renalto was when we arrived in Lima and for the detail he provided on our drive into Lima on the first day.  I did not expect that level of involvement and was very pleased to have someone who helped us get oriented on our first day and made sure we made it back to the hotel.   My whole family really enjoyed our time with David and he interacted so well with all of our ages.  We found him very knowledgeable and helpful and we learned so much about the culture, history and environment.    Abel, the driver, was also very good and it was so nice to have a ready supply of water – something else we were not expecting.  Everyone mentioned that if they were to travel again that we want the same guides and driver.

I was a little nervous about our trip to Machu Picchu because I thought we would be on our own for the trip up and until we got up to the entrance.  It was very reassuring having David along on the whole trip to guide us and to provide such useful  and insightful information.

The hotels were good and well located and fit our family well. It was so good to have such good easy access to you and your team while in-country. I really appreciated how Edgar helped add a last minute day of touring to our trip and appreciate David’s suggestion that we do so.  It was a perfect way to end our trip.

I have told all of my friends and family about Kuoda and highly recommend that they see Peru and use your company.  I plan to write a trip advisor review and share how blown away we were with your company and the care and attention we received to make our trip perfect.
