There is much more to Peru than Machu Picchu. We did an 18 day tour made-up of 5 days in each of the jungle (Heath River Wildlife Centre), the sacred valley including Cusco and northern Peru. Our itinerary was compiled by Tom Adams our Kuoda travel designer. He gave us several options for the jungle experience and managed to find us excellent accommodation even though we booked quite late.

Throughout our holiday Kuoda took excellent care of us. Peru is a big country so our itinerary included several domestic flights some of which were delayed but there was always a representative from Kuoda at the airport to meet us.

We had a different guide in each of the three parts of our holiday. The guides that Kuoda used were superb: knowledgeable, friendly, easy to understand and well organised.
I must also mention our drivers. The drivers that Kuoda used were excellent, safe and punctual. We were very impressed with the way they took responsibility for our safety.
We’ve done several personal tours around the world with different travel companies and rate Kuoda as the best we’ve dealt with. Representatives from Kuoda, including Mery Calderon the company founder, visited us during our stay to get feed-back and suggestions for improvement. We were very impressed by this level of attention which appears to be a hallmark of Kuoda Travel.
