My family and I had an excellent time in Peru, thanks in large part to the Kuoda staff. We thought you designed an excellent trip, with good accommodations, in desirable locations and that the sites were well coordinated, fun and interesting. Our favorite meal was outside of Chinchero at the home of Jeremy and his wife who is the chef on Friday, after we went to Moray. I will also always remember the visit to the Andean village where we saw a demonstration of how textiles were made.
We appreciate your request for constructive comments as well — this shows how deeply your company cares about your customers and is another reason why we are big fans of your company. Our chief comment is related to our guide, Jeremy As an initial matter; please know that we found him to be extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and polite. He did his job well in making us comfortable and giving us information about the sites, but as newcomers to Peru, we needed help and information about other things, like restaurants, recommendations about where to buy gifts, etc., and in this regard, he wasn’t very helpful. Generally, when we asked for specific recommendations for restaurants or stores to visit, we received incomplete and/or vague information, or unfulfilled promises that we would find something “at the next store” (which would later would not be followed up on).

The bottom line is we would return to Kuoda for more trips and recommend Kuoda to our friends.
