My husband and I just returned from an eight day trip to Peru arranged by Kuoda Travel. We visited The Sacred Valley, Machu Picchu, Cusco and Lima. It was one of the best trips we have ever taken and we have traveled all over the world. Molly did an outstanding job arranging our plans.
She catered our day trips to accomodate specific things we enjoy including: traditional food, wildlife and Inca ruins. Our driver Samuel was fantastic. Always on time and we felt very safe on the roads with him. Our guide David was absolutely outstanding. We learned so much from him each day about all of the sights, wildlife, food and Inca ruins we saw and he gave us more in depth background about the Incas. So much more than we read about in our travel books. David helped us adjust to the altitude our first few days and paced our hikes so that we felt well prepared for our hike to the Sungate at Machu Picchu Day 4 of our trip! All of the Inkaterra hotels we stayed at were fabulous including their restaurants. We especially enjoyed a traditional peruvian meal called a Pachamanca that Molly arranged for us at El Albergue Ollantaytambo. A truly unique experience. We were so impressed by our entire Kuoda travel team. We will definitely use Kuoda again when we return to Peru!
