As I was unpacking from our trip, I came across your business card which you handed me at the airport in Cusco. It was a hectic scene there, and I was having trouble focusing on what to do next. I didn’t look at your card until I got home and realized that you are the Founder and President of Kuoda Travel. I want to thank you for coming by the airport to say hello, and ask for our opinion of the trip and the service we received from Kuoda.
We were extremely pleased with all points of contact we had with your staff. Urpi was very efficient, courteous and responsive. She also has a sense of humor, which I appreciated. Jimmy, our guide, was incredible. Very knowledgeable, caring and thoughtful. It was clear that he felt his mission was to make sure that we had a great time, and we did. His knowledge of the Incas and Peruvian history was impressive, as were his communication skills. We learned so much from him.
Everyone else from Kuoda with whom we dealt were great as well, the drivers, handlers, etc. The hotels where we stayed were perfect, and were exactly what we had requested.

I wish there were some constructive suggestions I could give to you so you could improve the product and service you deliver. However, there is not. Our expectations were met, and exceeded.
