What an amazing two week trip to the Amazon Basin, Sacred Valley, Cusco and Puno. Kuoda did a wonderful job from the very start. My initial contact was with Céline who was always there to quickly get back to me whenever I had any questions or requests. She asked and listened to our wants and wishes and found us the type of accommodations we hoped for and put together a great itinerary.

We were fortunate to have the best guide, Alvin, who was so knowledgeable, funny and personable throughout our trip as well as our driver, Jaime, who was amazingly skilled at driving in and around the narrow streets of Cusco. Their lunches served at a family home helped to make things much more personal. The owners were gracious and the food delicious!The Amazon Jungle was all I dreamt of and the lodge and our guide provided us the very best of all things.

We were very surprised when Mery herself came to visit us one morning before we were going out for the day to come and meet us and ask us personally how everything was and what they could do to make the trip better. A nice personal touch and outstanding customer service!! I would book another vacation with them in a heartbeat. Thank you Mery and staff for making our vacation one we will remember for a lifetime!
