  • The Rosario Project is located about 240 kilometers from Trujillo and covers 13,000 hectares.

Both mining projects are currently on hold until suspensions are lifted and further exploration and development occur, but are expected to be in full operation within the next 12 months.

Peru is the largest gold and silver producer in South America, the sixth largest gold producer in the world, and the second largest silver producer in the world. Nearly half of Peru’s GDP is derived from mining activities like that of VI Mining and other foreign investors.
